Corporate Culture And Your Bussiness.
O.k. Rod, Corporate Culture; now I know your off your Rocker, what the heckk are you on about now and why do I even
care about Corporate culture and why did you spell heckk with two k’s anyway!? well i’ll try to be easy on you;
Corporate Culture is literally the stuff your bussiness goals and dreams are made of. What do I mean; well as a
entrepenuer everyone starts off with a bussiness concept, or model yes to adventually make money but further than
that for a ’cause’. We’ll it’s the ’cause’ part of the equation that we are looking at today.
The cause is the ‘core value’ that your company and vision represents; who do you want to reach and why!?
That’s part of the equation too, so if that’s not it entirely, not even if you put money back into the equation, then
what is it? Well Corporate Culture is the intent , motivation and core value and drive of the entrepenuer who started the company in
the first place; and intended to be sought after by the people he or she employs.
Corporate Culture is readily evident as a sole proprietorship or on the partnership of a small firm but is vitally
important to maintain and regulate Corporate Culture in the management of larger firms in the millions of dollars per

Here are a few ways we used to generate free traffic. 
Site popularity can be achieved through online and offline marketing and through link popularity – the more websites that link to you the more people will find your website.
Join groups in your niche and start commenting on them and post on discussion boards. Make friends with people and they will start inviting you as a friend. Create videos people love videos and so do the search engines. Another way is through social media through twitter and facebook, myspace etc
Free classifieds are another way to go for free traffic There are many places that you can advertise for free, although few of them seem to be of any value. Just get out their and place ads, test them it’s free.
And of course Blogging is a very important role today for getting noticed. Start a blog and blog often everyday is great and don’t forget to make it keyword rich.

4 STEPS TO GOOD COMMUNICATION
Ah, good communication; besides what may seem obvious, what is communication, really?! Well quite simply Words + Emotion = Communication.
Good communiction skills are essential to the well being of mankind and includeing the wildlife and marine life of course. yes communication is as noteable as the discovery of fire for cooking or the wheel, to physically put man in motion in my opinion.
Good communications, allows for expressions of love, hate, passion, excitement and a whole gamut of other emotions.
Communication skills , allows us to better understand and recieve knowledge. We are totally shaped by and limited to give and recieve knowledge, by our personal ability to communicate. It is true that knowledge is = to wisdom = power.
I would like to share 4 steps to good communication in brief to break thing’s down for you.
#1) Have something good to say. Prepare properly through study; infact what you ‘say’ should only be a portion of what you ‘know’ on a given subject.
#2) Say it with sincerity.Sincerity is not a test of truth, it is possible to be sincerely wrong. Truth is the only test for truth; but in all exercise sincerity.
#3) Brevity; be brief. Well said words but brief, likened to talking with a child; with theire busy schedule and not such long attention spans. Did you know that the average attention span for a grown male is approx. 27 seconds unless otherwize, totally engaged or immerced in a subject of interest.
#4) Intensity; strenght , power, emotion. Well chosen words mixed with well measured emotions. Don’t use too much emotion or power for a minor point. Make a big deal, a big deal, be strong but not too strong. Craft your communications to deliver emotions when and where needed kind of like a actor/actress.
Put to practice these 4 principals of good communication and watch your life take on a new shape.

What is a Sitemap?! Right off the top we are not talking about your web-site navigation, so what am I talking about?!
Well it’s like this, Google or any of the other search engines is like a huge directory of products or services, possibly just like your e-
commerce buss. or the like.
So basically, anyone looking for anything online is beating down googles or yahoos or bing for examples, door by searching on certain
words or combinations of words called keywords or keyword phrases. An example would be boots or hikeing boots. Or something to do
with ‘your’ particular product or service.
So how do you get these hot referalls and basically free traffic?! Well it’s called seo or search engine optimization. there are basically 3
things to think about #1)Does google know you exist? #2) Do they know what your service is ? and #3) Do they know where to send
your free or pd. traffic (traffic is the people who search on your keywords and are already interested in what you are provideing.
With this then in mind the sitemap is the third part of the equation and that is where the search engine sends the traffic.
Lets think of it this way, suppose that I invited you to my home; But instead of directions to my home I just basically say oh we have a
great bbq pit we are a stones throw from the lake and ya d’ ya d’ ya but I don’t give you a house # or street or any of that pertanant
info. Well that would be your web-site out there without a sitemap. So if search engines don’t have directions to your web-site then good
chances are that people won’t show up to visit cause’ search engines wont know where to send them.can you see how bad that would suck!
Bottom line get hooked up with xml sitemap or rss feed .I hope this tidbit has been helpful.
